ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment and order dated 15.12.2015 passed by the Additional District and Sessions judge, 1st, Nawada, in Criminal Appeal No. 23 of 2015. Having gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find any reason for interference.

However, considering that the Petitioner has remained in custody for 2 1⁄2 years, the sentence is reduced to one already undergone by him.

With the aforesaid observations, the application stands dismissed.
