The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.04 of 2022 registered for offences under Sections 272 & 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the petitioner, abovenamed, is in custody since 04.01.2022, he is directed to be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34300 of 2022(2) dt.21-10-2022 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise), Court No.II, Muzaffapur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.04 of 2022.
