Accordingly, both the parties are directed to file compromise petition before the learned lower Court within six weeks. In case, so filed learned lower Court will record evidence and then will dispose of the case in terms of compromise. Till then, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner is extended.

Learned lower Court, in the background of compromise will ascertain its authenticity from the complainant whereupon would confirm provisional bail. Contrary to it, will pass
