It appears that, in course of investigation, co-accused Alok Kumar @ Alok Tiwari was arrested in connection with another case and confessed his guilt disclosing his involvement in the present case and also the name of the petitioner. It appears that except the aforesaid material as well as criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 08.12.2015.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3018 of 2016 (2) dt.01-02-2016 2/2 Session trial no. 626 of 2015 arising out of Sakra P.S.case No. 518 of 2014.
