ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction in Appeal dated 10.12.2015 passed by the 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Saharsa, in Criminal Appeal No. 38 of 2013.

Having gone through the impugned judgment, I find no reason for interference.

Hence, the revision application stands dismissed. However, considering the age of the Petitioner and the date of occurrence as also that he remained in custody for about 1 1⁄2 years in the connected case, the sentence is reduced to one already undergone by him.
