2. Petitioner in the present case has prayed for following reliefs:

(i) For direction to the respondents to complete the investigation and submit charge-sheet against the accused persons in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 69 of 2023.

(ii) For direction to the respondents to arrest the accused persons in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 69 of 2023.

(iii) For any other relief/relieves which is entitled to the petitioner.

3. Having regard to the statements made in paragraph '4' and '9' of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed as the police has investigated the case and found that the named accused persons have not committed the occurrence in original sections of the F.I.R. The case has been found true against non-F.I.R. accused.

4. In the aforesaid view of the matter, this writ application has become infructuous and is being disposed of accordingly.
