Petitioners are named in the first information report but informant is not an eye-witness of the alleged occurrence. In course of investigation, none of the prosecution witness claims to have seen alleged killing of the deceased and it is only stated by the prosecution witnesses including informant that they had seen petitioners fleeing away from the place of occurrence. Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Aurangabad (M) P.S.
