Patna High Court CWJC No.10650 of 2019(2) dt.23-05-2019 2/2 23-05-2019 Mr. Krishna Kant Singh, learned Advocate for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the order of cancellation of his drugs licence under the provisions contained in Section 85

(3) of the Drugs and Cosmetic Rules of 1945.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. Should such an appeal be filed, the Appellate Authority shall dispose it off as early as possible, preferably within a period of 90 days.

4. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
