This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Mohammadpur Police Station Case No. 77 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

It is alleged that 235.440 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from the Bolero car bearing Registration No. BR29D-4796. The petitioner is in custody since 17.04.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise-I, Gopalganj, in
