This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The First Information Report is against unknown. However, there is neither any recovery from the possession of the petitioner nor he has been put on Test Identification Parade whereas the petitioner is in jail custody since 15.07.2014.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has criminal antecedent.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa in connection
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14667 of 2015 (3) dt.11-08-2015 with Saur Bazar (Patarghat Out Post) P.S. Case No. 131 of 2014 (G.R. No. 674 of 2014), subject to the condition that the petitioner shall not involve in such type of activity in future and shall file Hazari in the nearest police station once in a fortnight for six months.
