The petitioners seek bail in a case under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26(i)(ii) & 35 of the Arms Act.
It is submitted that Sub Inspector of Police Rajeshwar Bhagat lodged the case alleging that one country-made pistol and three live cartridges were recovered from the possession of petitioner no. 3, namely, Riki Singh @ Rinki Singh. The petitioners are in jail since 16.11.2014.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners have remained in jail for about five months, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11474 of 2015 (2) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 257/2014.
