JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-05-2019 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019 arising out of Adampur P.S. Case No.36 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8 [c] and 21[b] of N.D.P.S. Act.

Allegation as per F.I.R. is of recovery of 193 grams of Narcotic Substances from the pocket of co-accused and petitioner is named in the F.I.R. on the basis of the information supplied by the co-accused.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner has no criminal antecedent and furthermore, he is in custody for more than three months and recovery is lesser than the commercial quantity. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Case No. 19 of 2019 arising out of Adampur P.S. Case No.36 of 2019.
