2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 205 of 2023 registered under Sections 302, 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. At the outset, learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State submits that petitioners have been declared absconder and process of Section 83 of Cr.P.C. has been initiated against him to ensure their appearance in the Court.

4. Having considered the fact that the process of Section 83 of the Cr.P.C. has already been issued against the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40411 of 2024(3) dt.05-08-2024 2/2 named petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioners is rejected as not maintainable.
