The petitioner is languishing in custody since 18.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 447, 323, 325, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation against the petitioner is of assaulting on the head of the informant with Farsa and snatching gold chain.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury has been found to be simple and there is a counter version of the occurrence also when petitioner side also also received injury.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12943 of 2015 (02) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 197 of 2012.
