Victim, in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C has, specifically, stated that she solemnized her marriage with coaccused Ajit Sahani and she was never kidnapped. Victim disclosed her age as 19 years, though learned Magistrate assessed her age between 14 to 15 years. Victim has stated nothing against these petitioners.

Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran in Madhuban P.S. Case no. 05/2015.
