Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

The statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. would reveal that she had love affair with the petitioner and she had voluntarily gone with him. Considering the statement of the victim girl, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30974 of 2019(2) dt.09-05-2019 2/2 Mashrakh Police Station Case No. 107 of 2019, with the following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
