The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with G. R. No. 2126 of 2019, arising out of Guraru P. S. Case No. 51 of 2019, dated 30.04.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 304 (B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the cousin of the husband of the deceased and has been falsely implicated in this case.

The husband of the deceased is in custody.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33043 of 2020(2) dt.05-03-2021 2/3 The learned counsel for the petitioner has informed this Court that the father-in-law and own brother-in-law of the deceased has been granted bail by a different Bench of this Court.

Regard being had to the distant relationship between the deceased and the petitioner, there being no positive accusation against him as also taking into account the fact that the husband of the deceased is in custody and other accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Vth Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with G. R. No. 2126 of 2019, arising out of Guraru P. S. Case No. 51 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid
