Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case no. 287/2012 registered under sections 387, 379 and other allied sections of the IPC.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation some witnesses claimed before supervising authority that they had seen the petitioner among the crowd. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind that the petitioner does not have any confessional statement, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to
