JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 23-12-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove all the defects as pointed out by office within four weeks after start of normal functioning of the Court. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Petitioners in the present case are seeking regular bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.01 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376(D), 341, 323, 325 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears from the report received from the court of learned A.D.J.-I, Civil Court, Katihar as contained in Letter

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32598 of 2020(3) dt.23-12-2020 2/2 No.321/2020 dated 14.12.2020 that the trial is at the verge of final conclusion and in fact arguments have already started. In the aforesaid view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage. Let the trial be concluded finally within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. This application stands disposed of accordingly.
