Even previously his petitions for anticipatory bail and regular bail have been rejected by speaking orders. No circumstance has changed since then to consider grant of bail. Therefore, prayer for bail is rejected in connection with Khajekala PS Case No.137 of 2012, pending before ACJM, Patna City, Patna.

The Superintendent of Police, Patna is directed to ensure that all cases of the petitioner is given due priority so that the trial of those cases against the petitioner is concluded with some kind of time frame.
