JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and, is languishing in jail custody since 26-08-2015 in a case registered under Sections-302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Admittedly, none has seen actual killing of the deceased though her dead body was found within the four-walls of house of the petitioner. Moreover, there is specific case of the prosecution that father-in-law of the deceased wanted to transfer his lands to his daughter, which was opposed by the deceased and that was the reason of her murder.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner
