2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Manjhi P.S Case No. 20 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the I.P.C and Section 25 (1-B) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, as alleged accused persons planning to commit crime. Three live cartridges recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is next submitted that co-accused have already granted bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.042024 and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36192 of 2024(2) dt.21-05-2024 2/2 26.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30334 of 2024 and 31971 of 2024 respectively. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 22.01.2024.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the FIR, impugned order, seizure list it appears that no incriminating articles recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and also considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail after commitment of the case on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Manjhi P.S Case No. 20 of 2024.

7. The trial court is directed to conclude the proceeding of commitment of the case within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (Ramesh Chand Malviya, J) Mayank/- U T
