The petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol and five live cartridges were recovered. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6367 of 2015 (02) dt.19-02-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2014.
