JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named but submission on behalf of petitioner is that the informant Sangita Devi was an accused of kidnapping and as a matter of fact she has lodged this false case against petitioner and several other persons to put pressure upon them so they could not depose in abovesaid kidnapping case. Moreover, the informant as well as injured Munna Kumar has not sustained any serious injury.

Considering the submissions on behalf of the parties as well as facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in mind that a mob had attacked on the house of the aforesaid Sangita Devi, let petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing
