Mr.Anil Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner made firing on the informant but the same hit one Ladu Bind in his thigh. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There was no intention to cause fire arms injury to Ladu Bind and the incident took place on the spur of moment as son of the informant and the petitioner's wife were allegedly having illicit relation. Petitioner has claimed clean antecedent and he is in custody since 6.3.2021.

Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Sasaram Darigaon Police Station Case No. 533 of 2020.
