Para 30 of the case diary reveals that mobile set through which extortion money was demanded was recovered from the possession of other co-accused person and it appears that except confessional statement of co-accused and some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge IX, East Champaran at Motihari in Sessions trial no. 665/2014 arising out of Raxaul P.S. Case no. 313/2013.
