In the background of subsequent development whereunder, as submitted, the case has been compromised, prayer has been renewed. In the aforesaid background, the learned lower court is directed to proceed with the trial on day to day basis and in case ocular evidence is found hostile to the prosecution, then in that event, without waiting for official witnesses, the trial will be concluded and disposed of within three months. With the aforesaid direction, the instant petition is rejected.
