Petitioner was neither caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and it appears that except criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Nauhatta P.S.Case no. 02 of 2015.
