Taking into consideration the criminal antecedent of the petitioner as well as alleged recovery of fire arms, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, at least, at this stage and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Raghopur P.S.Case No. 20 of 2015, pending in the court of the A.C.J.M., Birpur, District Supaul, stands rejected.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
