2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 427, 448, 380, 504, 506 and 34 of the India Penal Code.
3 . As per F.I.R., these petitioners along with other co-accused persons assaulted informant and others, as a result of which 4 persons sustained injuries.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that allegation of assault is general and omnibus against these petitioners. Injuries sustained by injured are simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .
6 Considering the nature of injury , clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur, District-Patna / Concerned Court, in connection with Maner P.S.
