The petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No. 16 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47 (a) of the Excise Act. The petitioner along with other accused persons were arrested and about 1800 litres and 1200 litres of country made liquor was recovered from possession of six persons. Similarly situated co-accused, namely, Subodh Yadav and Ramdeo Yadav have already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail for about six months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Excise Case no. 16 of 2014.
