JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.01.2014 in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code on the accusation that he along with others took away cash and other articles from the shop of the informant.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that having more or less allegation, co-accused Bambam Rai has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3182 of 2016 (2) dt.02-02-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Begusarai in connection with Sessions Trial No. 523 of 2012, arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No.406 of 2011.
