The petitioner seeks regular bail in Simri P.S. Case No. 121 of 2011, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 443 of 2012, registered under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Dina Nath Mishra, the father-in-law of the petitioner, lodged a case making allegations of demand of dowry and torture. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the entire F.I.R., no allegation is made against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 31.10.2014. It appears that the father-in-law of the petitioner made allegation against other family members. There is no allegation against the petitioner.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.710 of 2015 (2) dt.09-01-2015 2/2 above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in Sessions Trial No. 443 of 2012, arising out of Simri P.S. Case No. 121 of 2011.
