JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration the nature of accusation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 250 of 2013, arising out of Piro (Hasan Bazar) P.S. Case No. 11 of 2013, pending in the court of the learned IIIrd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara, stands rejected. However, the learned Trial Court must expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same as early as possible.
