This application is for modification of order dated 03.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10151/2020 whereby the petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Trial No. 1608/2019 arising out of Complaint Case No.C1-51 of 2015. However, the petitioner could not furnish bail bond within time.

For substantial justice, further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner to furnish bail bonds subject to condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.2,000/- (Two
