JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-04-2015 The petitioner being husband of the daughter of the informant is languishing in custody since 29.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage for non-fulfilment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim consumed poison since the petitioner was not ready to take her to his place of employment. Moreover the postmortem suggests no injury and the viscera has been preserved.

Considering the fact that death has taken place in unnatural manner within two years of marriage and the accusation is of demand of dowry, this Court is not inclined

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8475 of 2015 (3) dt.30-04-2015 2/2 to grant bail to the petitioner at present.
