The petitioner is languishing in custody since 21.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 474 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. On secret information that the miscreants are committing forgery for getting the candidates succeed at the Bihar Elementary Teachers Eligibility Test, raid was laid in Room No. 3, New Asian Hotel, Exhibition Road, Patna.
From the room of the petitioner, cash, mobile phones, marks sheet, application forms, passbook, ATM card etc., were recovered. Four persons were apprehended from place of seizure including the petitioner.

No.10052 of 2015 (2) dt.19-03-2015 2 / 2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that since the room was booked in the name of Girish Kumar and considering the nature of recovery, Girish Kumar has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 9862 of 2015. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Patna, in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S.
