JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-12-2020 Heard Mr. Rajani Kant Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 29 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has not been named in the First Information Report and nothing incriminating has been recovered from him. He has been made accused in this case on the basis of confession of one Gandhi Chaudhary, who is said to have been arrested in this case.

The petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2020 and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33469 of 2020(2) dt.15-12-2020 2/2 is a person of clean antecedents.

Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 29 of 2016 .
