JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and the present case was lodged against unknown. The informant, being wife of the deceased, disclosed that she could not get the name of assailants of her husband. In course of investigation, some witnesses stated that there was enmity between the petitioner and the deceased and prior to that petitioner had given threatening to kill the deceased and except the aforesaid materials as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3512 of 2016 (2) dt.04-02-2016 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of I/c Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai in connection with Sessions Trial No.236 of 2015 (Piri Bazar P.S. Case No.04 of 2015).
