The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 22-08-2014 and admittedly, there is only allegation against the petitioner that he along with others attempted to commit rape. It is an admitted position that the petitioner was handed over to police by the informant and other villagers.

No doubt, the petitioner carries criminal antecedent but taking note of the above-said facts as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kurhni (Kudhani) P.S. Case No. 320 of 2014 to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8272 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, (West) Muzaffarpur.
