Allegedly, when police party intervened to pacify the mob, petitioner is said to have given one Khanti blow on the police official, namely, Ibrar Ahmad. Para 20 of the case diary reveals that the said injured sustained altogether five injuries, out of said injuries, one injury was on his partial region and opinion regarding of the aforesaid injury was kept reserved but even after completion of investigation, final injury report was not obtained. Moreover, one case was lodged from the side of the petitioner also and according to the prosecution case itself, more than 200 people were involved in the aforesaid occurrence and having more or less similar allegation some coaccused persons have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50750 of 2014 (3) dt.01-04-2015 furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case no. 14/2013.
