Taking into consideration that petitioner could be remanded in this case after ten years of the alleged occurrence and he carries criminal antecedent of several cases, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1525 of 2008/886 of 2013 arising out of Mokama P.S.
