JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 23.09.2014 in a cased registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323 307, 354, 504, 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the informant found his mother unconscious in his house. When he asked from his mother she told him that when she was returning after treatment on a vehicle this petitioner started misbehaving with her and on protest he snatched Rs. 10000/- and gold earring and chain and assaulted her as result she became unconscious.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation appears to be false as no injury was caused to the mother of the informant and statement to this effect

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.218 of 2015 (2) dt.08-01-2015 has been made in paragraph 8 to the petition, and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, statement to that effect is made in paragraph 3 of the petition. .

Considering the aforesaid facts let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Kawakol P.S. Case No. 119 of 2014. .
