JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, this petitioner along with two other accused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant and confined her in his house.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that there was love affair between the petitioner and informant's daughter and now dispute has been settled between the parties. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

However, considering the nature of accusation, prayer
