The petitioner seeks his bail in Goh P.S.Case No.137 of 2014 registered under Sections 304B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that her daughter was killed by her in-laws including this petitioner for demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and has no criminal antecedent. He has no concern with the affairs of the deceased and is separate in mess and property with the husband of the deceased. It is further pointed out that the petitioner is in custody since 22.2.2015 and has committed no offence.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15921 of 2015 (2) dt.08-06-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Goh P.S.Case No.137 of 2014.
