2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

"(i) For direction to Respondent authorities for vacating from illegal possession of private Respondent from the dwelling house of the petitioner.

(ii) For further direction to the Respondents to restrain private Respondent from disturbing the peaceful possession of the petitioner. (iii) For any other relief/ reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the respondent no. 3, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran against the disturbances that have been created by the respondent no. 5, Chandra Shekhar Ojha.

4. Learned State counsel submits that if the petition is preferred, it will be taken up and disposed of in accordance with law.

5. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach afresh before the SubDivisional Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran (respondent no.

3) who shall be noticing the parties and shall ensure that the entire process/exercise is completed within a particular time frame in accordance with law.
