The petitioner is languishing in custody since 26.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The cleaner of a truck alleged that the truck loaded with chips was robbed along with the mobile of the informant. The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation when it was found that the petitioner was using the robbed mobile he was apprehended, but he managed to flee away from the police custody.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that neither there is any recovery from the petitioner nor

Though, the petitioner is accused in two other cases but he is on bail in those cases. Considering the fact that the petitioner has not been put on TIP and the investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 239 of 2011.
