For the Petitioners : Mr. Harshvardhan Shivsundaram, Advocate. For the State : Mr. Sanjay Kr.Tiwary 1(App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State.

The present application is directed against the order dated 13.10.2014, whereby the learned Sessions Judge, Gopalganj, refused to extend the date of surrender to execute bail bonds in pursuance to anticipatory bail order passed in a complaint case wherein processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code with stipulation to surrender and furnish bail bonds within 15 days but the petitioners could not surrender and furnish bail bonds.

Subsequently, prayer for extending the period of surrender has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11807 of 2015 (2) dt.23-03-2015 2 / 2 been rejected.

Considering the fact that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail on merit, the period of surrender is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in connection with Complaint Case No. 2743 of 2011 (Trial No. 3862 of 2014), pending in the court of the learned J.M.Ist Class, Gopalganj.

Accordingly, the application is disposed off.
