The Petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 302/34 of I.P.C. and u/s 27 of Arms Act. The petitioners were granted bail on 08.01.2015 vide Cr. Misc. No. 54/2015 by this Hon'ble Court on their fair antecedent.

It has been submitted that due to inadvertence the fact that the petitioners were accused in one other case could not be mentioned. The said case is of minor offences. Considering the aforesaid since the above named, petitioners were found to fit to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand) with two sureties of the

No.11745 of 2015 (2) dt.15-04-2015 like amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court below to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran, at the previous conditions except condition Rs. 250/- each in District Legal Aid Committee.
