JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 7.6.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A,304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after about seven years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demands.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on conclusion of investigation the final form (charge sheet) has been submitted under section 306 IPC vide Charge Sheet No. 176 of 2014 which has been brought on record as Annexure 2. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-
